Moses is a registered patent agent with a practice area focused on patent drafting and prosecution and related counseling. Moses has over four years of experience in counseling both large and small clients. Moses has prepared and prosecuted patents in a number of technology spaces, including mobile and web applications, virtual reality, machine learning, console and mobile gaming software and hardware, video transmission, computer networking, and semiconductor fabrication.
Prior to joining Fountainhead Law Group, Moses practiced at a boutique intellectual property firm in Silicon Valley. Moses has also served as an extern to the Honorable Susan Illston of the United States
District Court for the Northern District of California specializing in patent litigation matters. Moses is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Santa Clara University School of Law in the class of 2021. Moses obtained his B.A. in Biochemistry at Cornell University. Prior to entering the legal profession, Moses worked for several years in molecular and computational biology labs at UCSF and Baylor College of Medicine. Moses has authored several papers related to molecular and computational biology in MOLECULAR PHARMACOLOGY and THE JOURNAL OF BIOLOGICAL CHEMISTRY.
