Practice Focus Rodney LeRoy's practice focuses on patent prosecution in the optical and the electronic arts. Mr. LeRoy has prosecuted patents and managed the patent portfolios of Fortune 500 companies. Mr. LeRoy has extensive experience in reexamination practice (both offensive and defensive) and appeals before the Patent Office. Mr. LeRoy has also had an extensive foreign prosecution practice. Mr. LeRoy has also performed numerous infringement analysis for clearing products for market and has provided technical-legal support for patent litigations.
Prior to joining Fountainhead Law Group Mr. LeRoy worked as a Patent Attorney at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP for over 10 years. Prior to practicing law Mr. LeRoy worked in the IC field as a business owner and at Atmel Corporation.
