Mr. Hamilton has over a decade of experience as an engineer and as a patent attorney.
Mr. Hamilton spent three years as an engineer with The MITRE Corporation in McLean, Virginia, designing telecommunications systems. He has been a patent attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1997, working in the San Francisco office of Limbach & Limbach, L.L.P. and in the Palo Alto office of Townsend and Townsend and Crew L.L.P.
Mr. Hamilton has drafted over 200 patent applications and has prosecuted numerous patent applications to issue as patents. He has also participated in patent lawsuits, licensing negotiations and other adverse matters, assessing patent validity, invalidity, infringement, and non-infringement
